Football Lovers Dream: Verizon fiOS Gets NFL Redzone Channel

Sep 3, 2009  •  Post A Comment

It’s not for everyone, but it IS for football fanatics. It’s the NFL Networks’ Redzone Channel. And now Verizon’s fiOS is offering the service, Multichannel News reports.

Comcast and Dish also offer it as a stand-alone channel. On DirecTV it’s part of that distributor’s NFL package.

According to the report, "The deal will enable Verizon to offer NFL RedZone, which highlights scoring plays from all of the league’s Sunday afternoon games, to its FiOS video customers throughout the nation, including the New York DMA, as a stand-alone service."
