Disney XD Gets ‘Naruto Shippuden’ THR

Disney XD will start airing the “Naruto Shippuden” anime series in early October, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Naruto Shippuden” is the sequel to “Naruto,” a popular Japanese anime that has aired on Cartoon Network since 2005.

“Naruto” and “Naruto Shippuden” are both licensed by Viz Media.
