Rebecca Campbell, president and general manager of WABC-TV in New York, has been named president of the ABC Owned Television Stations Group, reporting directly to Disney Media Networks Co-Chairman and ABC Television Group President Anne Sweeney, reports B&C.

Campbell will be responsible for the 10 ABC-owned stations and for the Group’s ABC National Television Sales rep firm. She replaces Walter Liss, who is retiring.

In addition to WABC, ABC-owned stations include WLS-TV in Chicago and KABC-TV in Los Angeles.
