The "Kennedys" miniseries is still looking for a television home after Showtime passed on the project, reports B&C.
"Although ‘The Kennedy’s’ is well produced, well acted and a quality piece of work, it doesn’t fit Showtime’s programming brand," Showtime said in a statement. As we previously reported, the producer of the eight-hour biographical film said it’s talking to several U.S. networks about airing the program after it was pulled from the History Channel.
B&C notes that Showtime had been considered a potential home for the miniseries as it previously had aired a controversial series about the Reagan family after it was dropped by CBS.
