The show in question is "Don’t Trust the Bitch in Apt. 23," a pilot written by former "American Dad!" writer and producer David Hemingson and current "Dad" executive producer Nahnatchka Khan. Deadline.com says it’s close to getting picked up by ABC.

The pilot, directed by "Modern Family" pilot director Jason Winer, comes from 20th TV, the story notes. The project focuses on an honest and optimistic young woman from the heartland who is forced to move in with a New York party girl lacking morals, the story says.

The project, originally developed for Fox two seasons ago, marks the first pilot directing job for Winer since "Modern Family," the article adds.

[And for your own edification, some stats about the word bitch. According to the Parents Television Council, "The use of the word “bitch,” for example, tripled in the last decade alone, growing to 1,277 uses on 685 shows in 2007 from 431 uses on 103 prime-time episodes in 1998," it has been reported by The New York Times

And EW wrote just this past fall that "Oprah bans the word ‘bitch’ from her network."]
