Sharon Osbourne vented her anger at her "America’s Got Talent" boss Simon Cowell, saying he has "small-penis syndrome," reports TheWrap.com. The comment was apparently a reaction to things Cowell said in a new biography of him that upset Osbourne.

"He’s wealthy, he’s powerful, he’s creative, he’s got everything … but you can’t buy the goods," Osbourne said while co-hosting "The Talk" on Tuesday, according to the story.

Cowell’s representative didn’t immediately return a request for comment, the article notes.

Cowell’s comments are reportedly included in the book "Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell," by writer Tom Bower. The book is unauthorized, but Cowell’s publicist has confirmed that Cowell spoke with the writer, the piece notes.

Osbourne said Cowell told the writer she quit the British version of "The X Factor" because she was upset with his romantic relationship with co-star Dannii Minogue, which Osbourne denied, according to the report. She said she didn’t care whom Cowell was dating.

"I left because I didn’t like that girl (Minogue)," Osbourne said. "I didn’t like working (with her), and it was a time when I was newly over my cancer, and I promised myself I would never be in a situation (where) I was not 100 percent happy," according to the report.
