Lawsuit Pits One ‘Real Housewife’ Against Another

One of the stars of Bravo’s “Real Housewives” franchise is suing one of its other stars in a legal beef focused on the two women’s musical pursuits.

Fox News reports that “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss filed a lawsuit against her former co-star Kim Zolciak. Burruss wants money she says she has coming for writing Zolciak’s song “Tardy for the Party.”

Burruss has written hits including TLC’s “No Scrubs,” the report notes.

A third “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, Phaedra Parks, is also involved in the suit, having been hired by Burruss as her lawyer, the report adds.

The lawsuit was reportedly filed March 12 in Atlanta.

Burruss claims the song was released without her “authorization, license or consent.”
