• 'Sopranos' Only Sure Thing Among Night of Emmy Surprises

What: HBO’s Emmys bash

Where: Pacific Design Center, West Hollywood

Entertainment: HBO uses this space every year, and this time they brought back last year’s DJ Qool Marv of New York. His stage show was accompanied by Thai dancers and musicians that kept the dance floor lively.

Food: Excellent Thai-themed dishes from Wolfgang Puck, including salmon with rice, curry braised short ribs, exotic fruits and mee krob.

Decor: Have we mentioned there’s a Thai theme? The party tent was transformed into a purple-tinged Far East lounge by designer Billy Butchkavitz.

Highlights: The last hurrah of the “Sopranos” cast and crew, joined by “Ugly Betty” winner America Ferrera and “Brothers & Sisters” winner Sally Field.
