i don't think that the writers are on strike primarily because of money, but because they feel unappreciated and feel like they don't get the respect that they should be getting for their efforts to comply to viewer needs. alot people who revolve their day around new episodes of their favorite shows must be really frustrated at watching re-run after re-run; therefore people should be collapsing to an agreement with the writers any time soon.

If the public knew how many more people are affected negatively because of the strike, I don't think they would support it. Sure, all the stars come out to support it, but look what happend to the late night shows. They are all comming back with or without writers so get up your ass end this thing.
