Comcast Taps Palmer Senior VP, Brand Development

Comcast Entertainment Group has named David A. Palmer as its senior vice president of brand development and talent alliance.

Mr. Palmer will be responsible for maximizing exposure and revenue associated with brand extensions and business opportunities in partnership with network talent and key franchises for E! Entertainment Television, the Style Network and G4.

Mr. Palmer was the head of the experiential marketing and strategic alliance group at Saatchi & Saatchi/Team One before joining Comcast. He also was vice president and department head at the William Morris Agency and senior VP at Sony Pictures Television, where he helped develop campaigns for “Dragon Tales,” “King of Queens” and “Spider Man—The Animated Series.”
