Lisa Ling to Contribute to ‘Nightline’

Lisa Ling will join ABC News’ “Nightline” as a contributor. Her first report, on aging and the growth of luxury retirement living communities, will air Thursday.

Future reports will chronicle the heroin epidemic in America’s heartland, efforts to make it rain in the American Southwest and an experimental surgery for wounded war veterans.

Ms. Ling is a special correspondent for “The Oprah Winfrey Show” and the National Geographic Channel, where she hosts “National Geographic Ultimate Explorer.”

“I have wanted to work with Lisa for a long time. She is a terrific journalist with a very distinctive style that fits really well with the ‘Nightline’ sensibility,” James Goldston, executive producer of “Nightline,” said in a statement.

LISA LING IS VILE ---
All she is to ABC is some rock and roll look-a-like wanna be celebrity "hand out" who has clearly married some executive at ABC. Do you think your audience is so stupid to buy into this wanna be celebrity house wife? I can so easily call my frienD Terry Allen Kramer for verification. Why not have Vera Wang cover families who are being evicted, but she gives them a dress while waiting on the curb? Open your own fucking pockets to help these people!! Oprah has officially turned my stomach beyond return. I can't wait to write my next sceenplay with her as a slum lord. What else is she? Vile!!! You all disgust me beyond anything.
