I am very disappointed in the lack of national pride and respect for the men's gymnastic team by Tim D. His blow by blow comments praising the Chinese and yet finding every little fault with the American team is very low and disrespectful. Don't think that has gotten by anyone. You should be ashamed of yourself. I feel sorry for someone with so little national pride.

I am really not a phan of any of the gymnastics.
At the suggestion of my wife, I tried to give it a chance only to be turned off completely by one commentator....Tim Daggett.

This dood is the card carrying example of: "Just because you were good at the sport, doesn't mean you should be employed to commentate about the sport".. let alone be allowed to talk at all.

Tim Dagget is so bad that he makes Bill Walton look like a seasoned professional.

You are uber negative, overly critical and offer up horrible/weird commentary.

I'm suggesting you intern under Billy Packer so you can at least achieve a break even point.

NBC(Brian)reported about the lipsink during the opening ceremonies. You said that "China deemed the singer wasn't cute". Now the whole planet knows the truth. That professinal reporting should make the child feel better as she grows up. Thanks Brian

Being in my late 40's I've seen my share of sporting events, including several Olympics. Never appreciated boxing in any forum. However, the commentators used by NBC this current olympics are engaging and entertaining and have made the whole experience intersting and enjoyable to watch. Thanks guys for showing me a sport I never understood nor appreciated until now.

Who is broadcasting the women's marathon? The voice sounds familar, but do not see the announcers in the list above.

Mr. Lewis Johnson, NBC Olympic analyst, can you please be a little more positive. I know that you have an accomplished athletic history. However, must you be so critical. How about a little more National (US) centered support. I think you forget that these athletes have family members listening to you speak of their respective inabilities and not emphasizing their ability. GO AMERICA GO !!!

Between me and my husband we've owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I've settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
