ABC News Producer Arrested in Denver
An ABC News producer, Asa Eslocker, was arrested by Denver police after trying to take pictures of Democratic senators and some high-profile donors leaving the Brown Palace Hotel.
According to reports from ABC News, Mr. Eslocker was working on an investigative segment for “Money Trails” on “ ABC World News With Charles Gibson” when hotel security approached him as he attempted to take photos from a public sidewalk.
Denver police arrived quickly and arrested Mr. Eslocker on charges of trespassing, interference and failure to follow a lawful order, a lawyer for the police told ABC News. The arrest happened after the Brown Palace Hotel signed an official complaint.
Video of the incident shows an officer informing Mr. Eslocker that the sidewalk is private property owned by the hotel, though other pedestrians are seen walking along without warning.
Mr. Eslocker was released later in the day after posting a $500 bond, ABC News says.

Welcome to the United States of Nazi Germany! This is an outrageous violation of our First Amendment rights, and must be vigorously opposed.

Barry, I couldn't agree with you more. The evidence keeps building and building, whether it's the 9/11 truth or Bush's New World order goal. Hopefully someone in our government will actually do something to help us Americans regain our Constitutional rights.
