Adconion Gets Into Branded Entertainment Business

In a move that underscores the growth of product placement in online video advertising, online ad network Adconion launched an original branded entertainment division to service its advertising partners.

Adconion acquired production studio KTV Digital Media to develop and distribute branded entertainment for advertisers across the Adconion network, which reaches more than 240 unique users around the world. Branded entertainment deals have become more prevalent in the online video ad economy.
