CBS Pilot ‘The Whole 19 Yards’ Combines Trivia With Obstacle Course
CBS is going all the way with “Kid Nation” alum Scott Einziger and Endemol USA.
The network has greenlit a pilot for “The Whole 19 Yards,” a one-hour action-oriented game show to be executive produced by Mr. Einziger. Production began this week.
Nerdist.com blogger Chris Hardwick (MTV’s “Singled Out”) is hosting the pilot.
The format of the show has contestants answering trivia questions. Before they can answer the questions, however, they have to race across an intense obstacle course in order to buzz in.
Endemol USA knows a thing or two about obstacle courses: The studio produces ABC’s “Wipeout.”
Mr. Einziger’s other credits include “Big Brother” and “The Amazing Race.” He is represented by UTA.
