The ABC competition series “Dancing with the Stars” announced today that it will honor the victims of the mass shooting Sunday night in Las Vegas by opening tonight’s show with a moment of silence.
The dance competition will air live tonight, Monday, Oct. 2, from 8:05-10 p.m. ET. The moment of silence will follow an ABC News update anchored by David Muir starting at 8 p.m. ET.
“The Good Doctor” will air as originally scheduled from 10-11 p.m. ET.
“Nightline” will air a special edition of the broadcast tonight at 12:35-1:05 a.m. EDT anchored live by Juju Chang in Las Vegas and Byron Pitts in New York.
