Oprah Winfrey and her frequent guest Dr. Mehmet Oz filed suit against more than 50 businesses, alleging that they had falsely claimed the two endorsed a range of products from dietary supplements to anti-cellulite and wrinkle creams, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The federal lawsuit seeks to stop the unauthorized use of Winfrey’s and Oz’s names, pictures, voices and trademarks.
