ESPN announced today it has extended its contract with a high-profile broadcaster who has been a key player in the sports net’s NBA coverage.
The network reached a multiyear extension with NBA game analyst Doris Burke, a Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Curt Gowdy Media Award winner. Burke will continue to serve as a full-time NBA game analyst for ESPN, providing commentary throughout the regular season and during the NBA playoffs each year.
Burke was a three-time All-Big East star basketball player for Providence College before embarking on what has become a legendary broadcasting career.
