Two-time Golden Globe-winner Laura Dern is set to star in a comedy pilot for HBO, acording to The Hollywood Reporter.

The report says that  "The single-camera comedy, tentatively titled "Enlightened," stars Dern as a self-destructive woman who has a spiritual awakening and becomes determined to live an enlightened life, creating havoc at home and work."

The pilot will be directed by Mike White.
