Brad Garrett will appear in the season premiere of USA’s “Monk” on July 18, TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello reports. He will play a handyman doing some home renovations for Monk, the magazine says. Additionally, Dan Rather will return as himself on ABC’s “Dirty Sexy Money” next season, the magazine notes.
