Fox announced plans to air the 2019 Miss USA Competition, which will be broadcast live on the network on Thursday, May 2, at 8 p.m. ET.

The two-hour special event will conclude with Miss USA 2018 Sarah Rose Summers crowning her successor.

The competition features women representing all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
