Twentieth Century Fox Television signed a two-year, seven-figure contract extension with “How I Met Your Mother” executive producer Greg Malins, Daily Variety reports. Mr. Malins will continue to run “Mother” while developing other shows, the newspaper says. Additionally, Fox signed a seven-figure extension for writer-producer Tim Minear, whose credits include “The X-Files” and “Angel,” the Hollywood Reporter says.
