A prolific member of Fox’s sketch comedy show "In Living Color" is bringing that kind of variety program back to television, reports Access Hollywood.

Oscar winner Jamie Foxx is working with comedian and writer Affion Crockett to put a project together for Fox TV. Fox declared that Foxx’s show will be “in the vein” of “In Living Color,” and Fox has slated the still unnamed comedy for a March 31 preview at 9 p.m. ET

The preview will air with a strong lead-in from “American Idol” at 8 p.m. ET. Foxx’s show will officially bow June 9 at 9 p.m. ET.
