CBS signed “Sleeper Cell” creators Cyrus Voris and Ethan Reiff as executive producers and showrunners for the Jerry Bruckheimer pilot “Eleventh Hour,” the Hollywood Reporter says. CBS ordered the pilot, based on U.K. sci-fi series, in September, the newspaper reports.
