The Supreme Court has declined to hear a class-action lawsuit filed by cable and satellite subscribers that alleges channel bundling violates antitrust laws, reports B&C.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed the suit in March, noting that the plaintiffs hadn’t stated a plausible claim. The plaintiffs had sought a Supreme Court review of the decision, but it was denied on Monday, the piece reports.
