Nielsen Co., which recently acquired IAG Research for $222 million, saw its revenue increase 12% to $1.304 billion in the second quarter, Media Daily News reports. The first quarter was strong as well, with revenue up 12% to $2.518 billion from the same period last year, the Web site says. Media measurement revenues made up the company’s fastest-growing segment at $426 million, the publication notes.
