NBC is developing a series about the arm of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security known as Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, Daily Variety reports. “ICE” is to be produced by Universal Media Studios and executive produced by Michael De Luca, director Antoine Fuqua and writer Matthew Carnahan. Carnahan will create and Fuqua will direct the project. Project originators Alissa Phillips and Mary Alice Haney will co-produce.
