CBS and Meredith Corp. have signed new long-term affiliation agreements covering four Meredith-owned CBS affiliates and one Meredith-owned UPN affiliate.

The deals, announced Thursday, cover WGCL-TV in Atlanta, KPHO-TV in Phoenix, KCTV in Kansas City and WNEM-TV in Flint/Saginaw, Mich., and UPN-affiliated KPDX-TV in Portland, Ore.

Meredith-owned WFSB-TV in Hartford-New Haven, Conn., and WSHM-TV in Springfield-Holyoke, Mass., already had long-term affiliation agreements with CBS.

The six CBS-affiliated stations combined reach more than 6.3 million TV homes.
