Comcast, Southern California Region, today said it will offer a preview of TV One beginning Dec. 15 to subscribers of its Digital Classic package. TV One will be available on Channel 168. The official launch of the channel, owned by Comcast and Radio One, is scheduled for Feb. 15, 2005.
