Media Rights Capital TV President Keith Samples, whose company’s assumption of the CW network’s Sunday night block of programming has produced low ratings, has resigned, Daily Variety reports. MRC, which also produces the Lifetime show “Rita Rocks,” had an audience of less than 700,000 viewers for shows such as “In Harm’s Way” and “Easy Money,” the newspaper says.
