ESPNU, ESPN’s new network focusing on college sports, said Monday it has signed seven-year agreements with the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference and the Southwestern Athletic Conference. ESPNU will cover multiple sports played by the conferences, including cable exclusives for football and men’s basketball.

The agreements also call for at least one football and one men’s basketball game from each conference to be televised live on ESPN Classic.
