Spanish-language TV leader Univision Communications has named David Loving the VP and general manager of its Univision and TeleFutura San Antonio stations, KWEX-TV and KNIC-TV, effective immediately.

Since 2004, Mr. Loving has been VP and general manager of Austin stations KAKW-TV and KBVO-TV, which he helped start in 2002.
