Fox Sports Networks said Thursday it signed a renewal with The Pac-10 Conference that gives FSN exclusive rights to televise the conference’s basketball games through the 2011-12 season.

FSN’s rights include cable, broadcast and new media rights for men’s regular-season basketball, plus four women’s games and the men’s and women’s conference basketball tournaments. The new media rights give FSN permission to distribute games during an exclusive 30-day window on a live or delayed basis, including exclusive game replays via video-on-demand, wireless and/or Internet platforms.

FSN also has exclusive right to sell sponsorships on behalf of the conference.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
