Time Warner and other cable operators are asking a federal appeals court to
undo the FCC’s decision to reinstate a 30% cap on the percentage of cable
subscribers they are allowed to reach in the U.S., Broadcasting & Cable
says. The companies have filed a friend of the court brief in the Federal
Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit that backs Comcast’s challenge to the
FCC’s decision.
