One of the stars of AMC’s “Breaking Bad” has created his own production company and signed a first-look deal with Sony Pictures Television. Deadline.com reports that Aaron Paul, who played Jesse Pinkman on “Breaking Bad,” set up Lucid Road Productions.

Under the pact with Sony Pictures TV, the studio behind “Breaking Bad,” Paul will develop and produce new series projects.

The story notes, “Starting a company marks the next step for Paul, who recently ventured into producing, executive producing and voicing a character in Netflix’s new animated series “BoJack Horseman,” and co-executive producing the movie “Hellion.”
