Bill Cella, the former head of Interpublic’s Magna Global and founder of The Cella Group, has joined the board of TiVo, MediaPost reports. The move comes as the DVR company is seeking to convince ad companies that it wants to work with agencies rather than push a technology that allows people to skip commercials, the Web site says.
