A prankster disrupted a serious discussion of Iran negotiations this week on C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal,” deadpanning lyrics to the theme song to “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” after calling in to the show.

The caller said he was from Bel-Air, but was originally from West Philadelphia. He continued to recite details from the show’s opening.
