Studios have asked the Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists to start contract talks by the end of the month, three months before the current contract is set to expire, Daily Variety says. SAG national executive director Doug Allen said the guild will need to consult its board and AFTRA’s board before responding to the request, the newspaper reports.
