The CEO of TV content company FremantleMedia North America is headed out, to be replaced by two company insiders.

The company announced today that Thom Beers is departing, with Jennifer Mullin and Craig Cegielski to be elevated to co-CEOs.

Beers will step down when his contract runs out this summer.

Mullin is executive VP, Current Programming, and Cegielski is executive VP, Scripted Programming. In their new roles they will report to FremantleMedia CEO Cecile Frot-Coutaz.
