Four CBS pilots have added cast members, with Deanne Dunagan, Missy Pyle and Chris Parnell hired for the comedy “Big D,” the Hollywood Reporter says. Jeremy Northam has been tapped for the drama “Miami Trauma,” while Saffron Burrows, Jesse Bradford and Gaby Hoffmann have been cast in “The Eastmans,” the trade paper says. Finally, Matt Czuchry has been tapped for the drama “The Good Wife,” the publication reports.
