Sara Ramirez said she’s excited by the storyline on “Grey’s Anatomy” that has her pursuing lesbian relationships, the New York Daily News reports. “I love challenging the status quo. I grew up in New York for God’s sake, the most diverse city in the world, and Callie, she’s a part of that!” Ramirez tells the newspaper. She said she hasn’t been offered her own spinoff series, but that she would be interested, the publication reports.
