A man who reportedly tried to “strong-arm his way” into Kylie Jenner’s gated community and later escaped from a psych hold is considered dangerous enough that authorities are urging Jenner to get a restraining order against him, TMZ.com reports.

The website reports that the “obsessed fan” has “tried to get at Kylie at least 10 times.” He was placed in a psychiatric hold after a recent incident, but later escaped from the facility.

“We’re told deputies were able to hunt the guy down and took him back to the psychiatric hospital. Problem is … they can only hold him for 72 hours,” TMZ reports. “There’s a good reason for a restraining order. If the guy violates it he can be arrested and held for a longer period of time.”
