Barry Diller took his turn on the witness stand in a Delaware court room and slammed the CEO of Liberty Media, which is trying to block IACInterActiveCorp’s restructuring plan, the Wall Street Journal reports. Mr. Diller called Greg Maffei an “irresponsible executive” and defended his company’s moves.
