Escort with Charlie Sheen During New York Freak-Out Says She Wasn’t Scared Until ‘He Put His Hands Around My Neck’; Escort’s Attorney Says She’s Going to File Criminal Complaint Against Sheen

Capri Anderson, the woman who escorted Charlie Sheen on the night the actor trashed a pricey New York hotel room and ended up in the hospital, says that while Sheen was allegedly rude all night, she wasn’t scared until she alleges "he put his hands around my neck," ABC News reports, citing interviews that will be aired today, Moinday, Nov. 22, 2010.

Anderson tells ABC News that Sheen was "from the beginning of the night, very loud and he had no hesitations when it came to using derogatory language or cuss words." Toward the end of the evening "it got really bad. He started yelling racial slurs. But it wasn’t until he put his hands around my neck that I really thought to myself, you have gotten yourself in a bad, bad situation," Anderson said.

She added she feared for her life when she locked herself in the bathroom.

Sheen’s attorney Yale Galanter issued a statement in response to her comments, noting, "These allegations against Mr. Sheen are completely false, and are an blatant attempt to cash in on his celebrity."

This just in: Anderson is " ‘filing a police report against Mr. Sheen today,’ Anderson’s lawyer Keith Davidson told  ‘Good Morning America’ today. ‘She’s going to the NYPD and report the action.’ "
