After failing to convince a judge to halt ABC’s "Big Brother"-like show "Glass House," CBS took a jab at ABC by announcing a new show called "Dancing on the Stars."

According to a press release from CBS’s public relations department, the show will "feature moderately famous and sort of well-known people you almost recognize competing for big prizes by dancing on the graves of some of Hollywood’s most iconic and well-beloved stars of stage and screen."

The announcement says the show will be broadcast live from the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, noting that such luminaries as Cecil B. DeMille, Fatty Arbuckle and George Harrison have been laid to rest there.

The release quotes a CBS spokesperson describing the show as "totally unlike anything anywhere else, honest.” The rep goes onto say, "Given the current creative and legal environment in the reality programming business, we’re sure nobody will have any problem with this title or our upcoming half-hour comedy for primetime, POSTMODERN FAMILY."
