Fred Ward has joined the cast of CBS’s “Georgetown,” a drama pilot from Big Ticket Television. Mr. Ward is repped by the Gersh Agency. … Helena Bonham Carter has signed to appear in HBO’s “Live From Baghdad” alongside Michael Keaton. Mick Jackson will direct the telefilm, which is from Industry Entertainment. Rosalie Swedlin and Sara Colleton are executive producing. George Perkins will serve as producer. … Alicia Calaway, former “Survivor: Australian Outback” contestant, will join the news team at New York’s Fox-owned WNYW-TV as its health and fitness reporter. Beginning Tuesday, she will report during the 10 p.m. newscast. … Regina King will join the cast of “Life of the Party,” a comedy pilot for CBS from 20th Century Fox and CBS Productions. … Julianne Nicholson and Vyto Ruginis have signed on as cast members in the CBS drama pilot “Presidio Med” by John Wells Productions and Warner Bros. Television. John Wells, Lydia Woodward and Chris Chulack are executive producing. Mr. Chulack is also directing. Ms. Nicholson is repped by CAA and managed by Davien Littlefield. Mr. Ruginis is repped by Abrams Artists. … Roshumba Williams has joined Paramount Domestic Television’s “Entertainment Tonight” as a film, television, music and fashion correspondent. … Justin Louis has joined the cast of NBC’s “Hidden Hills,” a comedy pilot from Susanne Daniels’ and Kate Juergens’ Primarily Entertainment and NBC Studios.
