Dan Aykroyd and David Paymer have joined the cast of “RFK” for FX. Artisan Television and Fox Television Studios are producers of the project in which Mr. Aykroyd will play Lyndon B. Johnson and Mr. Paymer will play Dick Goodwin, a Robert F. Kennedy staffer. … Elizabeth Perkins has been cast as the female lead in ABC comedy pilot “What Leonard Comes Home To” from Brad Grey Television and Touchstone Television. Ms. Perkins is repped by the Gersh Agency and Brillstein-Grey. … Patti LuPone has joined the cast of “Life at Five Feet,” an NBC comedy from NBC Studios and Pariah Productions. … Tory McPhail has been named host of Turner South’s “Off the Menu,” replacing former host Jamie Shannon, who died last year. … Maria Celeste Arraras has been signed by NBC and its Telemundo division. She will serve as anchor and managing editor of Telemundo’s “Al Rojo Vivo.” She will also be executive producer of several Telemundo specials and will make occasional appearances in various NBC Network productions. Peter Jones will be senior executive producer of “Al Rojo Vivo.” … Lizzy Caplan has joined the cast of “The Pitts,” a comedy pilot for Fox. Mike Scully and Julie Thacker will serve as producers. … Khalil Kain has joined the cast of Warner Bros. TV pilot “Legacy” from Jerry Bruckheimer Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. … Sara Rue has been cast as lead in an untitled ABC/Touchstone Television comedy pilot by Terri Minsky. Ms. Rue is repped by Innovative Artists and Alan David.
