Stephen Zito has signed on to executive produce CBS’s drama pilot “CSI: Miami,” joining executive producers Jerry Bruckheimer, Ann Donahue and Carol Mendelsohn. Mr. Zito is repped by ICM. … Lynda Lopez, sister of Jennifer Lopez, has joined NBC as an entertainment reporter for the network’s television stations division. … Gretchen Mol and Kathleen Robertson have joined the cast of “Girls Club,” a drama pilot for Fox from David E. Kelley. Fox has made a series commitment to the project, which will be produced by David E. Kelley Productions in association with 20th Century Fox Television. Ms. Mol is repped by the Gersh Agency and managed by Catch 23. Ms. Robertson is repped by Gersh and managed by Anonymous Talent. … Ryan Seacrest has signed to co-host Fox’s summer music series “American Idols.” Brian Dunkleman is Mr. Seacrest’s co-host for the series, which is set to debut June 12. … Shawn Ryan, creator and executive producer of FX’s “The Shield,” has been tapped to adapt a feature film version of the video game “Max Payne” for Dimension Films and Abandon Entertainment. Mr. Ryan is repped by ICM and is managed by the Shuman Co.
