Jeremy Northam will star as Dean Martin opposite Sean Hayes as Jerry Lewis in CBS’s telefilm “Martin & Lewis.” Craig Zadan and Neil Meron are executive producing the film from Storyline and Columbia TriStar Domestic Television in association with St. Amos Productions. John Gray will direct. He also wrote the script. Mr. Northam is repped by ICM. … Jill-Michele Melean has signed as a cast member on Fox’s “Mad TV.” She is repped by the GVA Talent Agency. … Patricia Clarkson will play the mother in “Carrie,” NBC’s adaptation of the Stephen King novel. MGM Television and Trilogy Entertainment are executive producing. … Dave Boone has signed on as head writer for King World’s “Hollywood Squares,” replacing Bruce Vilanch. Henry Winkler and Michael Levitt are now the show’s executive producers. Mr. Boone is repped by the William Morris Agency and managed by Jaret Entertainment. … Allan Kartun has signed on as new director of “Late Night With Conan O’Brien.” The show is executive produced by Lorne Michaels and Jeff Ross. … Michael Biehn has signed on to star in “Adventure Inc.,” a new weekly series from Tribune Entertainment and Fireworks Enterainment. Jay Firestone and Adam Haight will serve as executive producers for Fireworks. Gale Anne Hurd will executive produce for Tribune.
