Elizabeth Cherry has been named national advertising sales director for Electronic Media.
Ms. Cherry comes to Electronic Media from sibling publication Advertising Age, where she was Western regional territory manager.

Ms. Cherry said she’s excited about joining Electronic Media. “EM’s editorial is tops in its class, which makes it a marketer’s dream. I’m really looking forward to helping EM grow to new heights.”
Ms. Cherry has spent more than a decade in consumer and trade magazine publishing, holding sales positions at Drug Store News and L.A. Parent. She joined Advertising Age in October 1999.
A Los Angeles native, she’s a graduate of California State University, Northridge, where she studied economics and design. She will be based in Los Angeles.
